Treasurer

Caroline (she/they) first learned of the festival in 2022 when she was a barista serving coffee to TIGLFF movie-goers. A year later, when attending the festival for the first time, she attended every movie she could and absolutely loved it. Caroline has had an affinity for queer films since discovering her identity in early high school. Becoming a board member of TIGLFF certainly surpasses that teenager’s wildest dreams!

Caroline is currently an office manager at the University of South Florida. Before moving to Tampa, Caroline worked as an administrative assistant for the Simmons Center for Multicultural Appreciation, a gallery assistant at the Melvin Art Gallery, and a digital marketing assistant at the Smithsonian Affiliate Polk Museum of Art.

Caroline received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at Florida Southern College. She minored in political science and art history. Caroline served as President of her college’s Gender and Sexuality Alliance for two years, organizing drag shows, revising Safe Zone training for the university community, and conducting special-topic meetings and events- including her favorite type, movie nights!
