- Executive Director- TIGLFF is one of the oldest LGBT+ organizations in the state and we are seeking an excited, experienced, dynamic Executive Director to help us move our organization forward into the next decade. We need a visonary and excited leader who has development experience to work with local and national sponsors, while building the audience experience. TIGLFF internships offer excellent exposure to the operational, programmatic, and public relations processes of a top-ranked film festival as well as the Distribution program of a leading LGBTQ+ non-profit arts organization. Students can arrange to receive coursework credit for their internships. Today, TIGLFF works with both The University of Tampa and University of South Florida.
