TIGLFF NEEDS YOU TODAY

TIGLFF’s programs would not be possible without the dedicated support of our staff, more than 300 volunteers and our Board of Directors. Volunteering for TIGLFF is fun and a great way to connect with the LGBTQ+ community and make new friends.

GENERAL EVENT OPPORTUNITIES

EVENT VOLUNTEER

Ticket takers, ushers, party volunteers, hospitality staff.... you name it, we need it! You'll receive a free ticket to a film screening for each shift you work, and we have volunteer T-shirts for you as well.

If you have any questions, please contact TIGLFF's Volunteer at renee@tiglff.com or 813-879-4220.

SCREENING COMMITTEES

We currently offer 3 different screening opportunities at various times of the year. Whether you’d like to help with the Tampa Bay Trans Film Fest, Queer In Color (BIPOC Festival), or our Annual Festival, this opportunity is a great way to watch films - for free!

Screening committee members spend their time screening films & delivering input; this assists us with putting together the best programming for our Tampa Bay Audience.

YEAR-ROUND VOLUNTEER

We need help year-round on a number of tasks. Put your skills at social media, event planning, graphic design, networking, database management, T Shirt design and more to work with us. Help us build the festival and be part of something that has been an institution in Tampa for almost 30 years. You'll make friends for years to come and memories for a lifetime.
