Returning for its fourth year, the Trans Community Picnic has become a beloved tradition and a highlight of the Tampa Bay Transgender Film Festival. This gathering is a callback to the long history of trans and gender diverse picnics as spaces for joy, connection, and community building. This picnic is also known to have catalyzed TIGLFF's rebrand, expanding community events that emphasize celebration, visibility, and shared creativity.

Bring your own blanket or chairs and snacks, and enjoy an afternoon of music, an art and clothing swap, field games, and the warmth of community connection. The picnic is open to all and is a space to relax, celebrate, and honor the resilience and creativity of trans and gender nonconforming people.
