While buying tequila for some teenagers one afternoon, it strikes actor David Gold that he has a passion for helping today’s youth. On the precipice of eviction and with only his raging alcoholism as support, David decides to reinvigorate his acting career by committing identity theft to land a gig as a guidance counselor. Teetering “between caring too much and not giving a fuck,” he almost starts to help these kids—until things get out of control.
