When Night Is Falling

WNIF-Main-FB-Post

When Night Is Falling is our June film screening of our A-List Film Series. This film was selected by Distinguished Friends of the Festival Award Recipient Jean Colton and Kat Klingerman.  The film will be screened at Green Light Cinema (221 2nd Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701) on Sunday, June 18th at 3:00pm (for IN-PERSON TICKETS please click here).  This film is only available from TIGLFF as an in-person screening.

We saw this movie the year it came out. We were walking down the street in Zurich, Switzerland, and saw a poster outside of a small cinema. Jean said, “That looks like two women.” I said, “Shall we?” We were so happy that we did! It’s a sweet story about taking risks, and not settling for what you’ve been told is ‘the right thing’ to do. We particularly like that it’s an age-gap romance. The actors, both leading and supporting, are terrific. The primary love scene, set against the backdrop of the circus is one of the best we’ve ever seen. — Jean Colton and Kat Klingerman
