Originally founded as Friends of the Festival, Inc. in 1990, The Tampa Bay International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival (TIGLFF) is a non-profit (501c3) organization that exists as year-round community events to showcase compelling films and videos by, for, or about the LGBTQ+ community that Entertains, Empowers, and Enlightens the festival audience.

TIGLFF is not currently hiring and is primarily run by Board Members & additional volunteers. If you are interested in getting involved with the Board Meetings, or The Board of Directors, please complete this form.

Board Meetings are held monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm-8:30pm EST, virtually through Google Meet.
